Third party IPR rights at "reasonable costs" End of exclusivity for "Omnitracs services" Irrovocable right to use and modify all IPR associated with that portion of Globalstar AND GROUND NETWORK provided by Qualcomm. Agreement by Qualcomm to incorporate all new applicable feature sets and improvements to Qualcomm core CDMA technology into new generation of chipsets for use with Globalstar, and or permit "third party" to manufactuer such features into chipsets Nextel is in here somewhere..
