rats I don't have time to discuss this here today, there is a huge amt of noise about this. I don't know if Barrett is just bluffing. It is fairly easy to make a case that stock options aren't real expenses in the legal sense is my guess. There's a bunch of stuff on routers about this too

btw Cisco has less than 20K employees eligible for stock/benefits.... anythign over 30K is worldwide, an old number also (pre layoffs) I verified this
