Oh the timber is large enough to cut, that is for sure...have had a few offers. The oak is valuable to the wine barrel makers and of course the Douglas fir is wanted for more ticky-tacky houses. Land is rolling hills, beautiful for all the creatures who live there. No developers need apply. One house permitted per 20 acres in that neighborhood. len
