One of the reasons I added SPNSF to my Y2K portfolio some time
ago is its status as a potential turnaround. If mistakes of the past
can be corrected, lessons learned from the mishaps, and sound
financial footong re-established, turnarounds are often excellent
investments. Peter Lynch noted in one of his books ("Beating the
Street", I believe) that turnarounds often make up lost ground very
quickly; their ups and downs are less related to the general market
than most other equity categories.

So, in addition to Sapiens' status as a bona fide Y2K player, its
strong presence in Europe, and its recent contracts, you have the
extra catalyst of turnaround dynamics to buoy the stock price.
