I grew up under threat of Soviet missles. Been there. Done that. Mutual assured destruction. In this time in N Korea's case it would be North Korean assured destruction. The North Koreans have a stark choice with their current course: Starve to death in the cold or try to use the weapons and get obliterated. nytimes.com
