Pratt Named CFO for TFS Microdisplay Spin-off

TEMPE, Ariz., April 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Three-Five Systems, Inc. (NYSE: TFS - News), a Tempe-based display systems solutions and electronics manufacturing services company, today announced that Wayne A. Pratt has been hired as Chief Financial Officer for the new, publicly traded company that will be formed in mid-2003 as a result of the spin-off of TFS' microdisplay division.

Pratt, 41, most recently served as Senior Vice President and CFO for Limelight Networks, a provider of outsourced IP delivery solutions, where his strategic leadership helped the company to double its revenues. Prior to Limelight, Pratt was Senior Vice President and CFO for Axient Communications. During that time, he helped to grow the company from 20 to 130 employees, oversaw the deployment of IP networks in 70 cities and assisted the company in raising $12 million in equity financing and over $40 million in debt and lease financing. Pratt also served as Senior Vice President and CFO for GlobalCenter, Inc. and Director of Financial Reporting for Swift Transportation, a Nasdaq-traded company.

Pratt received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona in May of 1986. Following graduation, he worked with KPMG through 1994, most recently as a Senior Manager.
