Dwight and Shane,

Before this gets any more confused, I was presuming you and others
had read Jeff's comment on post techstocks.com.

This was the 15% to which I was referring. If that was the deal,
then it would immaterial if company held stock in reserve or not.

The employees would either buy the stock from yesterdays close at a
15% discount or they would not buy. Whether or not this means that this is a running purchase agreement whereas whenever the purchase was made regardless of the date that it would be made at a 15% discount from the previous days close, I do not know. I only was expressing the fact that if I had to start the buying at a 50% premium because of
press releases immediately prior, that I for one would be miffed.
