Elimimate the counterproductive agencies and pork-barrel sacred cows, such as: National Public Broadcasting National Endowment for the "Arts" Department of Education Department of Commerce Environmental "Protection" Agency The Social Security Fraud The Medicare and Medicaid frauds ...just for starters.
