WTC collapses, a planned and orchestrated event --
In The Curve of Binding Energy, John McPhee discussed a means of toppling the WTC towers with the most important developer of "suitcase nucular bombs" that America ever produced.

The concept discussed was that if the nuke were to be placed on the interstitial columns of one tower, that the devastation could bring down both.
Of course, this wasn't quite salable to the American public, so the Department of Death came up with a much better story. I.e. using kerosene, burning at 1,500 F to destroy a steel structure which would collapse when the metal reached 2,300 F.
Surprisingly, not many figured out the story.
Nor did many figure out how a kerosene fire at the Pentagon, raging at 1,500 F. could vaporize 100 Tons of aluminum which vaporizes at something above 2,500 F.
But, let's not ask the American public to do math. |
