The only thing that AstroPower needs to do is send a letter to the shareholders on the Chairman's signature, outlining the situation and explaining why they are delaying release of the financial statement. That would satisfy the shareholders, the SEC, and NASD. Instead, everyone is irritated, and I can't even get an accurate quote.
