Dear Richard: Excuse my butting in, but I presume you are talking about ALYD. If you look at the history of ALYD I believe it started in 1992 with the idea of devising a mass data conversion tool set. At that time they were not even THINKING of Y2K. When the Y2K opportunity came along they realized that with some tinkering they could use that toolset to solve THAT problem. When Y2K opportunity is gone and likely even before, I believe ALYD will go about the business they originally intended. Hopefully with coffers full of cash. Now I dont know WHAT P/E that commands nor does anyone else. It will take some operating history to see just what we have there. All I am saying is dont assume ALYD is over at 12/31/1999. It could be that will just be the beginning. On another point of interest for any of you getting dejected. You have probably heard that TPRO is on Westergaard's radar scope. Well I E-Mailed Adam Kaplan the Y2K analyst for Westergaard and he replied to me that ALYD is ALSO on their radar scope. That makes me feel better as Westergaard is very active in the Y2K field. Conducting Seminars, working with Government leaders and advising Investors. The mere fact he said ALYD is in their radarscope to me at least lends credability to the Company. JDN
