Try using Aveeno. Either shower with it like soap or get the kind that you can add to the bath water and soak in it.

My daughter is allergic to a kinda canned cheese used by movie theaters for nachos. The doctor said to use the Aveeno and sure enough, it worked.

Works if you get into anything that causes contact dermatitis as well.

I hope you get to feeling better!
