Makes sense for many, especially if your lifestyle is such. I just think it's impractical from both a provider and consumer standpoint. Are you going to require the street vendor who sells you the daily newspaper to get a card processing machine? Is he going to have to buy a generator to power it? Will he need 3G to connect to the debit database? Just seems impractical to me. But hey, anything's possible.
