wstera, Change of subject for a quick second: What state are you from? Is your state running a budget deficit -- and, if so, what is it that they are going to do to remedy the situation? Massachusetts, for its part, is fit to be tied. The state is so, so far in the red and is desperately trying to get the FED government to assist. Musch of the overrun is coming from extremely high medical costs. We need answers -- we are facing 35 to 40 thousand layoffs on the state/local levels by July/Aug. Mostly teachers and police/fire. -JH
