What was Clinton's excuse for running a deficit every year he was in office? He inflated the stock market bubble which increased tax receipts dramatically. He gutted our intelligence community & the military while ignoring a growing terrorist menace. He passed onto Bush a recession, a larger budget deficit, & more problems unsolved than solved. We continue to pay for Clinton's excesses, but you blame everything on Bush. What a load of political propaganda & absolute BS you are.
