First, you know that my inclination is not to agree with you if you said "the sky is blue." I answered almost every word of your previous question with a "Yes" or "No." It is not so much "whom it wants" as much as what these people do. "Religious guys" would be best in that part of the world, if they could respect the rights of minorities and minority views and the rule of law. The Taliban's destruction of Buddhist statues is an obvious example of what would not fly. The division in Iran is between "religious guys" with two different visions. Only one will fly in Iraq.
