Well he sure hasn't cleaned up the economy. He let terrorists attack us on 9/11 partly because he was infatuated with SDI. He has alienated much of the rest of the world. And to look good he attacked a disarmed country to deflect attention from his failures. the economy is the biggest thing perhaps. Any sane policy would be a blazing success by now with interest rates as low as they are right now. But his policies are totally insane.
