wrong - the treasury secretary along with the fed reserve chief are the most important financial posts in the world.

The fed chief is more important than treasury, but treasury is way up there.

And there is NEVER an excuse for hiring an incompetant leader to a government post imo. I'd love to hear Bush defend Snow's credentials (chief of a railroad company in the 70s, damn thats good- NOT)
