"education, health, the environment or those in need of assistance" Hey, she could always give to the fund that is earmarked to bomb the shit out of the next country we care to "liberate" -- I hear it is a pretty big fund with hundreds of billions of dollars that comes under the heading "your tax dollars and public debt at work -- adding to the bottomles pit of debt your children will owe".
