SARs is really disrupting travel in my location.

It is really important to exchange technical information between here, Singapore, and China. Between those who have the information and those who need it there is often a language barrier that can lead to costly confusion. Face to face meetings, even when an interpreter is necessary, means that the participants can be reasonably assured they are understood by the end. SARs has greatly reduced the number of meetings and if they take place company policy means that the particpants must stay home for 3 weeks afterwards and telecommute. This really slows down business.
