Wednesday April 23, 2003 L-Air: a small liquidation which could splash well in the smart districts One lays out of more than precise details on the incredible bounce of l?affaire L.AIR. Mr Philippe Solomon, stopped by the SRPJ of Lyon, would be in fact a certain Philippe Hababou (on the left on the photograph in company of his/her friend Bill), a well-known size of French and especially American Justice, a country in which it pled guilty in a business of bleaching d?argent which, once bleached, s?est partially found in the cases d?un political party. However, we knew that Mr Solomon-Hababou was the key of voute great mystery L.AIR/AéroLyon/Nouvelles Frontiières/TUI/Preussag. Little time before its arrest, we had an exchange of electronic mail, in which it informs us that the bankruptcy of L.AIR would have been "voluntary". We try to format this exchange of mail so that its publication is juridically "acceptable". We cannot of course check this "revelation", which is to be taken with all the precautions d?usage, and which blames a complex circuit that Justice will have to examine. But we can so of course note that the result is close to l?objectif, the liquidation of L.AIR by the TC of Lyon was really l?objectif initial, as us Mr Solomon entrusted it. Who "engaged" Mr Solomon and his team for the repurchase of Aérolyon? Who placed JM Gras at the head of L-Air? Who had interest so that the company disappears, but not too quickly? Who paid? As many questions completely relevant... but remained without answer! L?affaire L.AIR makes only (re)commencer: while waiting for the legal bounce around Air Lib and of the always untraceable million euros, here a beautiful setting in mouth!
