His DNA apparently has him hard wired to ignore domestic issues like HEALTHCARE, SOCIAL SECURITY, EDUCATION, and the general state of our ECONOMY. No, his DNA is wired to care about the economy via tax cuts. I don't believe they will work, but he does. He's a conservative Republican. And he will pass some sort of Medicare prescription drug plan. His DNA is also wired to care about healthcare and education by not having the Federal government mess with them too much. As I said, he's a conservative Republican. Just because Democrats believe deeply that it's the Federal Government's job to deal with such things, doesn't mean that the Republicans do!
