<<<Help me out here Earl ? Did the hi-jackers have help thanks to a conspiracy or didn't they ?>>>

Obviously, they had a ton of help or it never would have happened. That's my point, which you seem to be carefully unable to comprehend.

<<<If they had help from the top, then they could have pulled this off using a much simpler plan.>>>

A simple plan was never the point of the operation. Bush needed an excuse to attack anyone included in his axis of evil. Bush came to power at a point in history where the world had been close enough to a state of peace, for a long enough period of time, that most of us had gotten used to the idea it wasn't all that bad a state of affairs. The cold war was over and Russia was our friend, China was opening up to trade agreements for the first time, Europe and the US had terrific relations, technology and trade relations with Asia were as good as it gets, and outside of a few boarder clashes here and there, everyone was getting along just fine.

You don't change that kind of situation with a fertilizer bomb attached to a hang glider. You make it big and you make it messy and you make damn sure nobody can ignore it. Even with 9/11 as a backdrop, and every means of deceit imaginable, Bush still had resort to unilateral dictatorship to push the world over into a state of war. Without 9/11, Bush would have been sitting on his throne sputtering like a firecracker that won't go pop.

<<<I would have arranged for false identities>>>

Are you really as naive as you pretend to be? The fact the hijackers were using false identities has already been well established, and acknowledged by the Bush administration, due to the fact 7 of them stepped forward because they were miffed at having their names published as being on the planes. What's your next argument? That they bailed out and beat feet for home to establish an alibi? Or maybe they survived the crash in as good a shape as the passport found near the crash site?

At a certain point I have to start wondering why those who don't seem to have a clue as to what happened are so quick to shout "conspiracy theory" at anyone armed with the facts.
