It is not factual.
The plan is on schedule. It was cynics and critics who complained so much about "US bogged down, " "war will take months, if not years," "Battle for Baghdad will be deadly for US," "not enough troops to support supply lines," and "Iraqis will rise up in hundreds of thousands to fight invaders."
All the above has proven outrageously WRONG.
The plan is on schedule I repeat.

I can't see grading other than A- so far.
