Well, even a little wee-wee can be of some use, after rewatching cspanrm.fplive.net:554/ramgen/cspan/ndrive/ter012702_rumsfeld.rm I noticed the comment on that one building, for interrogating , with airconditioning. Rumsfeld in galsses wasn't that bad either, and considering the possibility of a lot of red necks and noses, I'm sad the one-day-trip wasn't for two or three days. As well as how happy Rumsfeld was in Cuba during Batista, maybe happy like a 12-15 year young.
