I only listened to Kevin read his and NFLI's press release. The area that Kevin did not dwell on was point # 2 in the AG's release, namely that "NFLI will require an executive distributor to make at least 5 verifiable retail sales during the preceeding month in order to receive commission." Kevin also glossed over that aspect of the NFLI web page that requires NFLI to "list distributor earnings so that accurate judgements can be made about income potential."

I think that this will slow the prvious Hyper growth, and put a cap on the stock.

Also remember that other AG's have not finished with this matter. Florida for one, is not satisfied with this agreement.

What did you think of the earnings? I recall that you were looking for 60-70 cents.
