Is WH still humping Meeker's leg? The white house? Well yes, its possible that Bush is humping, well, just about anybody, trying to take people's minds off the fact that there are no weapons in iraq and the US is responsible for thousands of deaths due to Bush's obsession with taking out a kitten in bobcat's clothing, or whatever.
