Amen to service. Dell just replaced a mother board for me on site on a one year old computer. It took just a little convincing from me, only two phone calls, that I had a problem that was not going to be resolved on the phone. I received next day service and the tech was efficient, fast, and the repair was to my complete satisfaction.
