Japan Airlines to Raise Fares by 11% in July, Nihon Keizai Says


Tokyo, April 26 (Bloomberg) -- Japan Airlines System Corp., Asia's biggest carrier, will raise regular domestic airfares by 11 percent starting July 1 to cope with a slump in travel demand triggered by the war in Iraq and a new deadly respiratory virus, the Nihon Keizai newspaper reported, without citing anyone.
