Take Venezuela oil without a shoot. Jay, while Bush is busy with the Middle East adventure, Brazil uses this time the US is not looking and take advantage. Suported Chavez during the general strike. Venezuela wants to be in the Mercosur before Dec. 31st. this year Peru is negotiating to be joining the S. American block too. Brazil's skillful diplomats are preparing the terrain -making all countries negotiate as a block) for the time Bush, (or any other US administration) comes to talk about NAFTA. It is going to be nice to see.
