The Bush administration and the media have won 300M Americans over by telling them that 9/11 was unprovoked, that there are weapons of mass destruction in Iraq and that Iraq was in cahoots with Al-Qaeda and that the "clear and present danger" posed by Iraq's weapons of mass destruction warranted a war against Iraq!

All these claims by the Bush gang and the media have not been conclusively borne out by the facts that have emerged.
To date no WMD have been found in Iraq. In fact, Hans Blix declared that the Bush and his henchmen had lied in order to get the war going. And it now seems that the only link between IRAQ and Al-QAEDA is nothing more than the letter Q in their names!!! <G>

Americans have, by and large, been hoodwinked by the US Government spinmeisters. The latter told the American people what they liked to hear. And Americans, being the members of a fast-food society that they are, being products of diploma mills and therefore lacking the capacity to think for themselves, fall for the Government bullshit time and time again.

As I had written on several occasions on this thread and elsewhere, the war on Iraq was just a red herring. The real issue is to ensure a ready supply of cheap oil for the US to ensure its economic and industrial might in the world! and to ensure the safety of Israel.

To some folks my ideas may seem outrageous. But I am confident that if you live long enough for, say, another 10 or 20 years, you will see that I am right!!!

BTW, don't forget for whom Dick Chenney worked before he became the VPrez.
