You really believe that, don't you? Are you speaking about the ISP end or the consumer end or both?
You don't believe Ascend is shipping software upgradeable K56 modems? You think those ISPs that have the Ascend modules already in operation are being screwed by Ascend, that they were lied to when told their modules are flash upgradeable?
And users buying Diamond/Supra or Zoom or Zoltrix or Motorola K56 modems will have to, each and every one of them, send in their modems for conversion once the ITU standard is set? Say it again, Sam.
