they cash in on whatever is hot. SARS, Anthrax, Dot.Com. tulips, perforated condoms, whatever. basically its supply and demand - SARS news tomorrow will sskyrocket any stock. I even know a stockj a few years ago that issued a NR after skyrocketing on rumours. The NR was something like this and they were a gold mining company. It started : with regard to our recent volume and share price increase we confirm that we are not looking at any internet opportunities BUT in light of recent developments we might. I traded the publically traded warrants for 10-30 bags over the next week LOL IT was Vengold - or VEN-TSE and WEVT.WT.A and WEN.WT.B which cganged to Itemus ( an internet incubator LOL ) ITF - TSE
