I don't think so. A 'curve' can usefully convey information about the relationship between separate conceptual data points even if no concrete data can be assigned to the data points themselves. For example, the concept of a downward sloping demand curve, increasing unit demand vs decreasing unit price, without any actual data points required, is valid for Austrian economics as well as for other economics.
