Iraqi exiles call for inclusive rule

any idea what percentage of the Iraqi population these folks claim to represent ? It is rather easy to say "I'm an iraqi in exile for the last X years, and I'll meet people like me in Madrid, to make a statement". It is somewhat more complicated for someone to say "I lived under Saddam for 30 years, and heres what my community thinks", and "my statement is made in Baghdad or Najaf or..."

A case in point : news I saw on TV says Ahmed Chalabi left Iraq at the age of 7 (or maybe 11 - I forget which). If true, what claim does he have to represent people of Iraq ?
