posting so much anti-war stuff. <vbg>

What have you been up to?

Did you catch CBS's Sixty Minutes last night?
They had an interesting piece about all of the non-
competitive bids won by Cheney's buddies and other
companies who hire former Generals from the Corps of
Engineers from the military to act as CEO's to ensure
billions of government contracts become secured. Many of
these CEO's (former defense big wigs) are hired and paid
big bucks simply due to their connections. Sort of the
way Cheney was hired by Haliburton after his days with the
Bush Sr. administration. This guaranteed billions and
billions worth of non-competitive bids. What a joke. And what a
system they have set up to make all of this appear legal.
