That was my understanding as well.

So what do you think Israel's policy is here? The land is obviously populated by Palestinians. And they don't seem to be going anywhere..

I would be interested to hear what you think Israel's policy will be in the future (far future) if its Muslim minority reaches significant proportions. This seems a likely scenario since population grown among Muslim citizens is faster than among Jewish citizens of Israel.
