even if tax cuts are required, trickle up will help the economy much more than trickle down. poor folks will send the money on goods on services throughout the economy. elite rich will spend it on stock and savings.

the former will drive employment while the latter has little effect - other than to create more supply in an already oversupplied market.

let's get this straight, the top 1% of americans own about 40% of america. they ought to pay at least that percent in taxes.

they want to only pay 1% of the taxes, though, b/c they are greedy and self centered. bush wants to help them - NOT THE ECONOMY.

i'm all for cutting spending and giving everyone a tax break. no problem. but to give it all to the elite rich and wait for it to trickle down is a joke. the people that need the money ought to get it and the elite rich ought to wait for it to trickle up.

why is a trickle good for the poor but not the elite rich?
