13:26 ET Mobile TeleSystems and Vimpelcom hit new 52-week highs
Russian cellular operators MBT and VIP both hit new 52-week highs today. Analysts expect MBT to grow EPS in 2003 by 68% to $4.59 (P/E 11x), and to grow EPS in 2004 by 50% to $6.89 (P/E 7x). Analysts expect VIP to grow EPS in 2003 by 26% to $3.42 (P/E 12x), and to grow EPS in 2004 by 40% to $4.77 (P/E 9x). It's also worth mentioning that peer GLDN just broke out of an 8-month base today following its earnings report.
