They can be a state, but they must be "lightly armed" and Israel must control the airspace and the borders with Egypt, Syia, and Jordan. RE: "I would be interested to hear what you think Israel's policy will be in the future..." Arab population centers in Israel will be made part of the Palestinian state. It will be an eminent domain situation. The Israeli Supreme Court will decide that there is a compelling state reason for Israel to remain a Jewish state.
