The Iraqis need to see strength. Any perceived weakness by the coalition toward violent demonstrators or looters would empower the populace to create havoc. Heard non other than Tom Friedman on Imus last week suggesting that a few more pics of US rifles to the heads of some bank robbers would go a long way toward securing the peace.
