Are there precise statistics who pays his fines and who defaults on that obligations? I might think the percentages of defaults are not evenly distributed amongst all fined broker firms and individuals, but without sufficient information about that it is impossible to tell. As here are only talked fines.... how is it with the ongoing surveillance of recidivist fraudsters,... or do they rely on the info carried by the likes of the truthseeker??? (ie when he once more turns up a convicted and barred person having official roles).
