Hi Jay - looks like we will have another large build in natural gas storage, due to good weather...this is leading to some softening of NG prices and NG stocks, including royalty trusts. I think this may last about 2-3 weeks, until weather gets hot, and air conditioning season starts.
Then the storage builds will be smaller - too small to get to adequate winter storage. We get few weeks of denial, excuses, market manipulation, then ramping natural gas prices. Then we edge toward panic, and much higher prices, with a chorus of doomsayers saying we will NEVER have natural gas again, and the only way to get methane is to eat spicy food....
I think we get about 40% or better gain on the royalt trust by mid-January 2004

Plan to buy more Royalty trusts with profits from UTes in about 2-3 weeks. Meantime, the dividend checks keep comming - end of month is ex-dividend date for many trusts.
