Because we do not need them there. Because South Korea people do not want them there , maybe gov. does but overall the people do not..
Because it will not stop the North Koreans.
Because they will get killed if North Korean wants to run the border.
Because South Korea has enough troops in their country.
Because it will reduce our costs to maintain these troops and they can be redeployed elsewhere or as Rumsfeld plans two reduce two Army divisions.
