Never been to #1 and #2, but you pay about EUR 300/head in Louis XV (#3), the Michelin star-struck restaurant of Hotel de Paris in Monaco. That's way above the GBP 80/head of #1. Strange... the best place to eat in the world is the French Laundry, a French restaurant run by Americans in California The last part of the sentence is redundant, of course.
