Dorine,,,,,,Nice to hear your smiling voice. Hope everything is well with you. We have moved again, to Sarasota Fl. This is it. That last annual filing by Muller really put the nail in the coffin. DCTC files Chapter 7 in Feb. They can not meet their obligation to repay the $900K + loans to Muller, which were made to fight the SEC fraud charge. Muller has to write down the loans they were supposed to receive from DCTC's sale of the Muller shares.Really a bad scene. I wonder how Robert Muller feels , seeing his old company decimated.
