i double-checked the links before and after posting and they worked fine. still do, for me. but now as i continue, i see that the second link i gave you is producing an error, and i bet it's because they are modifying it as we speak... Should I disable ccApp.exe from loading at startup? Document ID:2003010811511306 Last Modified:04/29/2003 the doc ID should help, should you have to go looking for it, and the above kb article contains the link to the other article. i bet they both will be back up in no time.
