Leftist Liberal Melting Pot is Killing People!
California's homicide rate rose nearly 11 percent last year, and others major crimes were also on the increase, the state attorney general said Sunday.
The state's largest cities and counties reported 1,842 killings in 2002, 179 more than in 2001, according to preliminary figures released by Attorney General Bill Lockyer.
Besides the dramatic rise in homicides, four of five major crime categories were also higher, including forcible rapes, 2.9 percent, robberies, 3.7 percent, burglaries, 3.4 percent and motor vehicle thefts were up by 8.7 percent. |
