i have it, but can't post it. i don't see where it would have generated today's interest. they maintained their sector underperform rating, based on "macroeconomic issues, such as the weak telecom arena, shrinking cap-ex and limited visibility, rather than microeconomic-level issues. We note that such macroeconomic issues are the only element that could potentially tempter management's so far, successful reorganization plan."
