Hope you don't mind paying for it instead of something that would REALLY improve your security.

Points:

1) CIA says that the main nuclear threat is bombs smuggled onto container ships... which ABM does nothing to secure against, except drain money away from needed port security improvements. (Currently, far less than 1% of containers are inspected.)

2) ABM - as currently planned - can't even discriminate between the simplest of decoys and REAL bombs (it's failed all discrimination tests... even when the decoys were made REALLY easy to pick out). Decoys are WAY cheaper to build than the ABM system... even N.K. can afford them.

3) Whole thing can be quickly defeated by the simple, low-tech expedient of launching a 'keg of nails' into counter-rotating orbit to our spy sats (which alert the ABM system to launches), and then exploding the 'keg' in orbit... which destroys the sats... and prevents any new ones from taking their place for many years. N.K. has boasted of this... and everyone knows it.
